Especially in winter times because of the dry air from heater, I am using a humidifier. Just recently found out that the G-SR is very prone to humidity and changes its feel massively. Somtimes it's good for days, sometimes it's absolutely horrible and sometimes even on the same day. Unfortunately I struggle a lot of inconsistency in my aim to an extent, that I completely lose my mouse feeling. Hello, I also play CSGO and I am still using Zowie G-SR since probably around 2013. I'm definitely interested in trying more LGG pads in the future since this surprised me with how high quality it is, and the great value for money. Overall, initial impressions are very positive and this is likely going to be my main or at the very least one of my top pads after some more time on it. I do notice that it smells like tennis balls right now, but I'm sure with time that will go away. The logo in the bottom right of the pad doesn't interfere with the glide, and the stitches are even with the surface so you don't notice them when the mouse goes over them. Its a little squishy, probably somewhere between artisan mid and soft. The rubber base is great its completely flat and it grips the desk perfectly. The box is the nicest mousepad box I have seen yet, great artwork and it keeps the pad wrapped up a good amount so it rolls flat immediately after coming out of the box. Also, the saturn does a really great job of dealing with my sweaty hands/palms and feels the same when I am sweating and not sweating, so I think it will hold up well in a humid area. Low static friction with decent dynamic friction makes my flicks and microadjustments feel just right. Obvious comparison is to the Artisan Zero (which the saturn is similar to just about 25% slower), but I actually think that the pad feels more like an uncoated G-SR-SE, but it isn't muddy at all. I play CS:GO (level 10 faceit) and so far this feels phenomenal. Hey guys, just writing a quick first impressions/initial review for this pad.
